The Court of Governors is responsible for convening the Annual Meeting of Life Guardians. At this meeting, the Life Guardians appoint a Committee of up to 12 members - which meets 4 or 5 times a year to perform the following duties:
- Assisting the Court to identify suitable candidates for election as Governors to the Court.
- Providing Trustees to the McClure Memorial Trust and approving payments to the Trust.
- Encourage Old Millhillians to become Life Guardians
- Maintain active channels of communication with the Court, the Old Millhillians Club, the CEO & the Director of the Foundation Appeal
- Reporting periodically to Life Guardians on relevant matters
BIO: Belmont 1983-88, Mill Hill 1983-88 (music and academic scholar). Captain of 1st XV and 1988 World Rugby Tour. Hatfield College Durham University 1989-92. BIO: Belmont 1981-1986 and Mill Hill 1986-1991. Played rugby for OMRFC in the 1990s. A licensed insolvency practitioner, Myles has over twenty-five years’ experience of restructuring and business recovery, advising businesses across a wide range of sectors including automotive, retail and construction.
Myles is an active member of R3, the trade association and representative body for the UK’s insolvency, restructuring and business advisory industry, and sits on the Smaller Practices Group and London & South East Region Committees. He also sits on the External Affairs and Member Services Committee of the Insolvency Practitioners Association, a licensing body for insolvency practitioners, as well as its Regulation and Conduct Committee. In his spare time Myles is a trustee of a charity and has been an avid supporter of Tottenham Hotspur for over forty years.

BIO: Mill Hill School (2001-2006). After studying Mathematics at the University of Bristol he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Corporate Finance Team and is now a member of the ICAEW. He currently works at the Investment Bank Jefferies, having previously worked at J.P. Morgan and Nomura. Thomas is married with children currently in the Mill Hill Foundation.
